Shipping policy

Preorders

Blitz Creed Standard Edition preorders ship in January 2027. You will receive a tracking email the day your order leaves our warehouse.

If the ship date moves, we will email you the new date. You can cancel at that point for a full refund (see our Refund Policy).

Where we ship

Preorders are open to UK mainland addresses, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses. EU and international orders open later. Join our mailing list to hear first.

Cost

Free UK tracked delivery on all preorders. Orders with more than one deck ship together in one parcel.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner and delivered by [courier name]. They usually arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo if it’s damaged). We will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address details

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery costs may apply.
